Marketing Coordinator Pay: $60,000 per year
As a Marketing Coordinator at Embark Behavioral Health, you'll support a robust marketing team and play an integral role in the success of the business. Your role will involve online reputation management, building out email blasts, coordinating graphic requests with designer, creating project briefs, some project management, managing our new online print and promo shop, and assisting in the completion of projects such as the implementation of email and SMS nurture campaigns.

Stakeholder and Task Management Be primary point of contact for incoming requests, prioritizing and distributing to appropriate team members and overseeing completion. Manage Online Print and Promo Shop Update print and promo files as needed on employee direct-to-print portal. File Management Keep marketing files organized and updated. Design and Build Weekly Email Blasts Work with our content team to build out weekly email blasts and measure performance. Reputation Management Work with a diverse set of stakeholders to bolster our online reputation through managing reviews online and gathering testimonials. Strategic Planning Assist in the development of a comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategy. Automation and Workflow Optimize automations in project management software, reducing manual tasks and increasing efficiencies. Collaboration Work collaboratively with other teams as needed. Continuous Improvement Stay updated on industry trends, implement best practices, and optimize where needed. Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience within a fast paced company. Experience with Monday.com, Excel, Pardot, GA4, Hootsuite, and other marketing software. Familiarity with Kanban / Scrum project management environments is a plus. Strong communication skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data sets and draw actionable conclusions. A willingness to grow, give and receive feedback is required. Previous experience within a behavioral health or multisite healthcare setting is a plus.
