Amuneal is looking for an Insights Analyst to assist our Marketing Manager in improving, maintaining, and culling Amuneal's Sales and Lead data to make strategic creative marketing decisions. In this role, the Insights Analyst will need to understand the market for Custom Furniture Design and Custom Interiors, accurately report and summarize insights from our customer data and sales metrics and compare to the market competition. Some data maintenance will be inherent in this internal role and allow for more accurate reporting. Experience in generating reports with excel, Google Analytics, SEO, Growth Strategy and maintenance of customer data is a must. There are avenues for systems and ongoing improvements as well as creating frameworks for utilizing different technologies and creative approaches based on this assessment.
Responsibilities:
Track and streamline incoming inquiries via email, website and phone and identify areas for improvement within the given system. Enter and maintain customer contact data, quote, and sales data in Monday.com based on new inquires and the new orders report. Generate monthly sales report utilizing Monday.com data as well as Epicor data in excel for Director of Sales. Maintain contacts in MailChimp mailing list imports and Epicor. Identify repeat frequent requests and areas for improvement in our customer support process. Ability to work within Microsoft Excel to generate sales data reports and track marketing efforts. Manage and audit Amuneal's analytics platforms to draw informed insights that will draw creative improvements and approaches Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Analysis/ Communications related field OR 1-3 years of experience in an applicable role. A demonstrated interest in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Furniture Making, Industrial Designs, Arts, Craft or related fields are a plus. Strong Organizational skills. Experience drawing actionable data and insights from Google analytics, Instagram, Pinterest and ability to learn other related platforms. Experience with CRM platforms and data maintenance. Experience with API to aid the sales funnel process is a huge plus. Our work is custom in nature and highly evolving. As part of a team, you will work on a diverse set of challenging projects.
