Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:The Online Communications Specialist at Masco plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the company's online presence and communication strategies. As a part-time team member at the Associate level, the Online Communications Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to digital marketing, social media management, and online content creation.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement online communication strategies to promote Masco's products and services.2. Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.3. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.4. Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for online engagement.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all online platforms.6. Analyze and report on the performance of online communication strategies, making recommendations for improvement.7. Stay current on best practices in online communications and digital marketing.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.2. At least 4 years of experience in online communications or digital marketing.3. Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for online communication.4. Strong research skills and attention to detail.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.8. Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
