Job summary
The Marketing Automation and Analytics Strategist will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and developing email automation strategies.They will also be responsible for analyzing marketing funnel metrics and improving demand generation marketing efforts.The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience in product/program/services marketing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Recommend and execute marketing strategies to meet business objectives.• Manage marketing plans/programs, collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.• Conduct market research and analyze campaign/program/service/event effectiveness.• Assess market opportunities and track market trends.• Partner with Demand Generation Marketing Managers, Email Specialist, Operations group, and marketing automation and analytics agencies.• Manage project/program budget(s) and coordinate invoice processing.• May oversee interns and other contingent staff; provide staff training.• Other duties may also be assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.• Previous experience in product, program, and/or services marketing.• Ability to drive cross-functional groups toward a common goal.• Experience with project management and managing multiple projects.• Understanding of integrated marketing programs across digital and print channels.• Experience with market research and data analysis.• Demonstrated problem solver.• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.• 5+ years of business analytics, marketing analytics, and business experience.• Deep knowledge of customer journeys and channel marketing.• Deep domain knowledge of business and marketing analytics.• Knowledge and experience of working with web analytics, social analytics, Tag Management tools, and Salesforce data.• Advanced knowledge of Test/Control, KPI measurement, and optimization methodologies.• Understanding of Customer Data Platforms and Visualization tools.• Hands-on experience with Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Marketing Automation system.
