Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate at Gap in San Jose, California, you will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and increase sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met and collaborate on various projects to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns- Collaborate with the creative team to create impactful marketing materials- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing efforts- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns- Assist in planning and executing events and promotions- Support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks and projects- Help maintain and update marketing materials and content across various platforms

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- 3 years of experience in marketing or related field- Strong communication and organizational skills- Motivated and confident with a positive attitude- Leadership and adaptability are key soft skills for success in this role- Experience with marketing tools and software- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
