Job Description:
Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
Responsibilities:- Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote company's products or services- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities- Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising- Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to enhance brand image and drive sales
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related role- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong time management and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies- Experience with data analysis and reporting
