Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes that optimize production, reduce costs, and improve quality. This individual will analyze existing processes, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and develop new processes and cost-reduction initiatives for the manufacturing floor.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop manufacturing processes that optimize production and reduce costs. Troubleshoot and repair existing equipment in order to maintain efficiency. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce production costs. Install, maintain, and upgrade automation systems. Calibrate and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform failure analysis to identify root causes of manufacturing problems. Implement preventive maintenance procedures to ensure maximum equipment life. Monitor productivity and quality metrics to ensure manufacturing targets are met. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Advanced knowledge of CNC equipment and controls. Proficiency in mechanical and automation systems. Experience with failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
