Senior Role responsible for delivering Citi's execution capabilities to clients. The ideal candidate has existing client relationships, is an expert at implementing execution strategies in US Equity Markets and works well in a team environment. Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with key clientsExpertise in both market structure and algorithmic strategiesCoordinate with Trading, Sales, Research, ECM and other organizations across Markets and Citi's broader businessDeliver content to clients and work closely with Advisory Sales to optimize collection channels for consumed resourcesActively engage with clients to generate client flow and revenue for Citi's franchiseLead strong governance and controlsWork in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructureBuild a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethicsAppropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputation.Be familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities ServicesAdhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to youObtain and maintain allregistrations/licenseswhich are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframeAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:15+ years of experience in a related roleIn-depth knowledge of respective products and clientsProven history of successful sales trading franchiseExperience managing a teamRequired licensing and registrations as applicableAdvance analytical and numerical competencyConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEffective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to analyze and pitch situations and determine suitable counterpartiesKnowledge of Bloomberg, booking systems, trading protocol, market structure technicalitiesEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Institutional Trading------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Trading------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$250,000.00 - $500,000.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
