Description

Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Establish and maintain a database of qualified leads obtained through emails, direct mails, telephone interactions, referrals, cold calls, and networking.
Research prospects and creatively identify ways to develop relationships. Cultivate and qualify new leads and nurture through the sales funnel.
Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and assess needs to upsell services. Respond to requests for product information and pricing.

Requirements

Outside sales experience with UKG, Evolution, or other payroll systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to close sales and reach sales goals
Experience dealing with and selling to small level to medium sized businesses
Possess a high energy, success-driven attitude, with the proven ability to exceed sales goals
Ability to prospect, add new leads, follow up, and close sales
Highly motivated, results-driven self-starter with strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high focus on detail.
Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products with the ability to manage accounts in a CRM system (Hubspot)
