With our mix of assets like closed-loop data and machine learning models on a modern technology stack we are re-imagining how payment experiences & risk management converge in a more modern, digital and connected world.Fraud Risk Management (FRM) helps enable profitable business growth by reducing the risk of fraud and maintaining our customer's confidence in the security of our products. FRM is also accountable for building the infrastructure to manage the emerging risks associated with e-commerce and internet services.The Compromise Fraud Risk team is looking for high-performing Manager/Senior Manager to drive innovation in Compromise fraud risk area. The candidate will be responsible to identify interesting and actionable insights on compromise detection solutions that would have a meaningful impact on our customers and our business.It will also include deploying strategies that will have a direct impact on fraud loss savings.The candidate will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to drive innovation in this exciting space.Job Responsibilities:Develop new fraud prevention control strategies using compromise intelligence.Minimize unprofitable fraud related disruptions, with specific focus on Fraud Strategy ControlsConceptualize and implement new data features which would help in reducing approved fraud.Address Emerging Fraud Trends & Monitor Key Metrics to take Corrective ActionsProviding thought leadership to find new ways of detection compromise.Integration of new data sourcesPartnering with Product, Technology, Servicing and Information Security teamsLeading data science research for Compromise data attributesMinimum Qualifications:Undergraduate / Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer ScienceExperience with data processing tools such as R, SQL, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is requiredUnderstanding of statistical techniques related to data analysis and correlationKnowledge of machine learning algorithms is a plusWorking knowledge of fraud landscape and emerging fraud trends in the card space is a plusUnderstanding of payment products, emerging technologies and competitive landscape is preferredAbility to manage multiple requests and changing priorities and to work in a fast-paced dynamic environmentProven track record of working proactively and independently to solve problems and drive resultsStrong presentation skills to convey data and fraud insights to different stakeholdersAbility to build collaborative, trusting relationshipsStrong project management and communication skills to work effectively in a team environmentSalary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
