Responsibilities
• Act as subject matter expert on DHL Labor policy• Maintain awareness of change in regulatory and governmental ordinances• Implement new contract changes• Mentor Operations Management on managing union operations• Investigate, write and present company position briefs for Grievance Committee and Arbitration Hearings• Produce training materials on contract application and interpretation• Consult with Legal on policy changes and regulatory needs• Skills & Qualifications: Typically requires BS/BA and a minimum of 8 years' experience in related field• Operational background preferred• Contract negotiation experience• Strong communication and presentation skills• Strong computer skill required with proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint• Exceptional ability to multi-task required
