Trimble Transportation is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to strategize and execute Account Based Marketing and digital campaigns!As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be pivotal in driving revenue generation, improving customer acquisition and enhancing pipeline growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to acquire, accelerate, and expand our customer base.In this position you will report to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation to own or support ABM, digital advertising and inbound marketing campaigns.What you'll do:Develop and implement demand generation strategies with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM)Identify and prioritize target accounts and prospects to assist the sales team and our digital advertising strategiesDevelop targeted, integrated digital campaigns for keys accounts and prospectsLeverage intent data to drive more personalized journeys for key accountsCollaborate with creative team and designers to create compelling advertisements and effectively tailor our messaging to target segmentsDevelop a deep understanding of the customer journey and optimize advertising to improve conversion rates at each stageDefine repeatable processes to expand the ABM programBe an internal evangelist of account-based marketing, educating teams on what ABM is and isn't and how it can drive business impact when done effectivelyImplement A/B testing and data-driven approaches to improve campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization continuouslyUtilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track overall campaign effectivenessSupport the day-to-day operations and optimization of digital marketing platforms and campaigns, including budgets and bidding.Work cross-functionally with product marketing, customer success, and sales teams to improve messaging, understand buyers' pain points and support business goalsMeasure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, pipeline development, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costsStay updated on industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in growth marketing strategiesWho you are:Experienced marketer with B2B and/or SaaS company historyBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field2+ years of experience managing account-based marketing and digital campaignsStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision makingExperience working cross functionality with marketing and sales teams to drive key initiativesExcellent copywriting, editing and verbal communication skillsPassion for knowledge of marketing technologiesRequirements:Strong project management, multi-tasking and time management skillsExperience with Account-based Marketing platforms, DemandBase is a plus.Knowledge of SalesForce and Marketo, or related CRM and marketing automation platformsAbility to work hybrid in one of our locationsTrimble's Privacy Policy -Pay Equity-Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
