Position: Manager, North America Channel Marketing

We're seeking a Manager for North America Channel Marketing to join our regional marketing team. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our channel marketing efforts, fostering strong partnerships, and driving brand awareness and demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and management for our Sr. Channel Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant.
Support and plan channel partner marketing programs, including cooperative marketing, partner webinars, and events.
Oversee all communications with channel and consultant partners.
Ensure relevant and engaging content is available on our platform and foster adoption within the partner community.
Proactively develop relationships with strategic partners to create customized co-marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with sales teams to execute field-based marketing programs.
Contribute to the agenda and content strategy for our annual Genetec Elevate Channel Partner Conference.
Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and utilize training offerings effectively.
Develop partner-centric content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Foster close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in B2B and/or channel/partner marketing, with a preference for field marketing experience.
Strong understanding and appreciation of channel partners and the ability to create resonant content for them.
Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing tactics.
Leadership experience with a hands-on approach to planning and execution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for partner marketing, branding, and lead generation.
Experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and reporting on ROI.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Open to candidates located anywhere in the USA.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Background in the physical security industry.
Experience working in both corporate and regional marketing teams.
Familiarity with a channel sales model.
