Maintenance Supervisor

We are working with a large manufacturing group looking for an Maintenance Supervisor for their facility in North of Oakland CA

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring proper safeguards, operation and maintenance of plant equipment and facilities to provide a safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective operation. This opportunity is not hybrid work eligible.

This person will manage and work alongside a maintenance team of technicians as well as being responsible for control of repair parts inventory to optimize cash flow and insure availability of repair parts. They will effectively manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, while looking for opportunities to improve safety, current process and minimize maintenance costs
