Requirement : FMS Policy and Training Program Manager
Job Description: Forge is seeking five qualified full-time Security Cooperation policy and training program managers to provide advisory and assistance support to the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs (SAF/IA), Security Assistance Policy and International Training and Education Division (SAF/IAPX). These positions are for a future opportunity. SAF/IA's mission is to create, advocate, and facilitate Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force policies and programs (including international affairs, foreign disclosure, export control, cooperative research and development, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Military Education and Training (IMET)) to support U.S. national security objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):
Advise regional country directors on security assistance and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) policy issues Analyze and report on complex security cooperation issues, initiatives, legislative matters, executive orders, and agreements. Review Security Cooperation documents such as Letters of Request (LOR), Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Memorandums of Agreement (MOU), and Congressional Notification (CN) packages to ensure compliance with procedures. Execute Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and BPC training programs Support meetings and conferences, including recording meeting minutes Communicate effectively across civilian and military stakeholders, including at the Flag Officer/Senior Executive Service (SES) level Qualifications/Requirements: The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications: US Citizen Secret Security Clearance Master's degree Minimum of five years of experience supporting Security Cooperation programs, including Building Partner Capacity (BPC) programs and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management Understanding of the United States Air Force roles and missions Highly Desired Qualifications: Master's degree with desired emphasis in International Affairs Experience with BPC case development and program management Experience with Excess Defense Articles (EDA) processes Military staff experience in either a military or civilian capacity Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and US Government National Disclosure Policy (NDP) Minimum of eight years of experience supporting Security Cooperation programs, including BPC programs and/or FMS case management Job: Full-time

Salary Range: $100k-$130k/yr
