Responsibilities
• Set up and operate automated machinery used in the manufacturing process of circuit boards• Perform setup and operate screen printer, paste inspection, pick and place, and reflow oven• Perform intermediate level preventative maintenance on machinery• Keep equipment clean and in good working order• Monitor product during production to ensure acceptable quality• Inform Supervisor or Group Leader of any adjustments needed• Enter transactions into computer and complete logs and records• Work under direction of supervisor and group leader• Solve minor problems and recognize bigger problems• Work as a member of a team
Requirements
• High School Diploma desired• Three years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred• Two years of experience in manufacturing electronic circuit board assemblies or systems preferred• Two years of experience using documented work instructions preferred• Able to follow documented work instructions• Able to use prints, drawings, travelers, and bill of materials to accomplish work assignments• Able to gather materials and set up job without supervision• Knowledgeable of basic electronic component types• Knowledgeable of electronic component polarity markings and values
