We have moved into our brand new Service facility and are looking to expand our team. Business is booming and we need techs!! What We Offer* Highly productive shopProfessional work environmentMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceBasic Life Insurance401kAccident and Critical Illness InsuranceBrand new state of the art facility under constructionResponsibilities* Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standardsEvery vehicle attended requires the completion of a multi-point inspectionTests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioningCommunicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecutes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsMeet and maintain FCA training qualifications and standards up to level 3 training status.Create a short video including overall vehicle condition and recommendations.Qualifications* FCA Technician experience preferred but not required.Basic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeam playerMust have a valid driver's licenseMath, reading, and computer skillsAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentMitchell Auto Group equal opportunity employer
