Lot Manager/Lot Maintenance

Monumental Ford in Darien is hiring a lot manager. We are under new ownership and are in the process of hiring new and impressive people. This is a great place to work and there is an excellent, positive vibe all around.We offer paid vacation after 1 year of employment, health insurance, discounted vehicle service, and an awesome work atmosphere.The right person for this job has general carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, can use a paint brush (and a roller and knows how to care for those items), knows how to operate a mower, weed eater and a backpack blower and a high pressure pressure washer. You also must have great people skills as you will be working with the other 30 or so employees at the dealership.You must have a valid drivers license, no active warrants for your arrest, reliable transportation, and no dui in the past 5 years.Lot manager daily duties are: cleaning the 5 restrooms in the dealership, sweeping the showroom floor, vacuuming the areas with carpet, taking out the trash and providing car wash for the service and sales department etc..Lot manager weekly duties are: mow the grass, weed eat/edging, blow the parking lot, pick weeds out of the flower beds etc...The pay is a 36k annual salary.
