GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from either 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.
Your Typical Day:
As the Long-term Care Unit Supervisor, your day begins and ends with purpose and excitement. Leading your team with finesse and enthusiasm, you oversee daily operations and provide clinical support. Amidst the whirlwind of activities, from staff evaluations to compliance checks, you find joy in connecting with our residents each day. The minimum requirements to be considered:
RN license
Experience in long-term care
Supervisory or management experience
