The Loan Set-Up Redisclosure Specialist is responsible for reviewing incoming loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to support the loanDepot Operations team in addition to preparing updated mortgage disclosures.
Responsibilities:
Initiates loan set-up process to ensure service levels are within defined acceptable levels.Conducts appropriate validations and verification of data.Provides feedback to operations and sales management on file quality and solutions for process improvement.Monitors daily reports for departments to ensure Loan Estimates are prepared and issued to the borrower within department service levels.Analyzes the fee changes in order to determine if change can be passed along to the borrower or will need to be absorbed by loanDepot.Issues loan disclosures within agency, federal/state and company guidelines and regulations.Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in the Mortgage industry.Customer Service experience required.Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. Why work for #teamloanDepot:
