Live Chat Representative - Work From Home

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a reliable and hardworking Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for the flexibility of working from home in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via live chat to provide excellent customer service and support- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency- Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support across all channels- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using live chat software and Microsoft Office tools- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
