Job Description:

As a Live Chat Associate at L-3 Communications, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Los Angeles, California. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to accurately assist customers- Meet or exceed set performance goals and metrics

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in customer service- Hardworking and resilient attitude, able to handle challenging customer interactions with grace- Excellent planning and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer inquiries- Strong written communication skills to effectively communicate through live chat- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
