As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for assisting customers, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and other related matters.2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Utilize resources and tools to research and resolve customer issues effectively.4. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices in customer service.5. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.3. Energetic and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.5. Creative problem-solving skills.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
