Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a reliable and passionate Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer concerns.3. Demonstrate strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service offerings.5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.6. Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. 4 years of experience in customer service or related field.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.5. Strong emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers.6. Proven ability in strategic planning and problem-solving.7. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with live chat software.8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
