Adecco is hiring a hybrid Legal Contract Administrator for their client in Everett, WA.
Candidates will be required to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Monday and Friday the team works remote.
As the Legal Contract Administrator, you will work with the Contract Manager to provides administrative and clerical support related to Administration of Distribution Agreements and US Representative Agreements. Daily Tasks include: Maintaining files,
Manage and maintain clients SharePoint website
Draft and maintain procedural documentation related to functional activities.
Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks that are specifically related to the assigned function.
Analyzes problems, determines approach, compile and analyzes data and present prepared recommendations
Issuing new Fluke agreement form based on approvals and process
Modifying an` existing agreement to include additional products or requirements
Termination of agreement
File management
Assists others in the department with various tasks
Additional duties for Candidates with experience in US Government Tasks:
Analyze requests for quotes and resolve differences for compliance with general company policy and responsiveness to customer requests
Coordinate responses from involved departments for final execution
Administer contract files in accordance with government regulations and company policies through the contract term
Provide support for GSA Contract Administration such as audit and submit sales reports to GSA.
Job Requirements:
Experience in legal environment (paralegal certification and/or contract administration)
Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
Initiative to solve problems and make recommendations.
Strong prioritization skills
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate - verbal and written
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability and comfort to work with different software packages ( word / excel /web). Experience in legal environment (paralegal cert; contract administration).
