Managing Partner

Tom is a Managing Partner and has been with Commonwealth Resources Inc. since December 1996.

With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton, Tom's responsibilities include client service as well as training and managing recruiters in the New York group; focused on the NY/NJ/PA civil market.

Outside the office, you may find him on the links of the South Shore Country Club or riding his Road King Harley Davidson motorcycle out on the open road.
Jonathan Factor

Senior Vice President

Jon is a Senior Vice President and has been with Commonwealth Resources Inc. since February 1998. With a Bachelor of Science from Bentley College, Jon is involved with the day-to-day recruiting and operations for our Boston group; focused on the New England market.

Outside of the office, Jon is the consummate New England sports fan who spends his weekends cheering on the Boston teams and enjoying time with family.
Peter Moorman

President

Peter has been with CRI since 1999. Hired as a Recruiter - he's also worked as a Group Manager, Vice president, Managing Partner and was promoted to President in 2020.

A Native New Englander - Peter Holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors from Trine University in Indiana. Peter has a passion for leading CRI by helping build and manage recruiting teams.

He places a premium on helping make CRI's Clients stronger by understanding their people/culture/ and hiring needs.

Peter has lived in Acton, MA since 2005. He and his wife have 4 children.
Tyler was promoted to Vice-President in 2021, prior was a Senior Recruiter on our New York team and has been with Commonwealth Resources Inc. since September 2011.

With a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University, Tyler's responsibilities include managing clients and overseeing the Building Team in the NY/NJ/PA markets.
Danielle is a Senior Recruiting Director on our New York team and has been with Commonwealth Resources Inc. since January 2013.

Danielle's responsibilities include conducting high level/specialized recruiting assignments, managing clients and helping manage/direct the internal recruiting team.
Josh Joyce

Group Manager – Heavy Civil Division

Josh is a Group Manager and has been with Commonwealth Resources, Inc. Since 2016.

Josh's responsibilities include recruiting, client management and managing a team of recruiters for our New York Civil Group which is focused on the NY/NJ/PA markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University.

Outside of the office, Josh is an avid runner and game enthusiast, and lives in Pawtucket, RI with his wife and cats.
Robert Spooner Jr.

Rob is an Executive Recruiter on our Boston Team and has been with Commonwealth Resources since May 2017.

With A Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Rob's responsibilities include recruiting candidates and managing clients for our Boston group; focused on the New England market.

Outside of the office Rob is a proud Father and he works as an assistant soccer coach for his daughter's team. He is also a dedicated Boston Sports fan and Boston Sports Memorabilia collector.
