This is a unique hybrid position that requires a hands-on approach while overseeing various responsibilities related to site surveys, quoting, scheduling, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Technician Work: As a hands-on Lead Tech, you will actively engage in plumbing tasks, demonstrating your expertise and setting a high standard for work quality. Site Surveys: Conduct thorough site surveys to assess plumbing needs and develop comprehensive solutions. Sourcing Parts: Efficiently source and manage plumbing parts, ensuring the availability of required materials for each job. Quoting and Proposing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on site surveys, presenting proposals to clients with clarity and professionalism. Scheduling Work: Coordinate and schedule plumbing jobs, optimizing efficiency and meeting customer expectations. Quality Assurance Checks: Perform regular quality assurance checks to uphold the highest standards in workmanship and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with Service sales personnel to identify plumbing opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support business development. Requirements: Proven experience as a skilled plumber with hands-on proficiency, 5+ years of experience in plumbing preferable Journeyman or Master Plumber preferred, but not required 2+ years of leadership experience Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
