Key Duties: Execute routine and advanced repair, maintenance, and aircraft servicing tasks autonomously. Handle intricate aircraft procedures, including the diagnostic, removal, fitting, calibration, and examination of flight control systems, landing apparatus, and more. Guide and develop fellow team members, adhering to technical schematics, OEM guidelines, and internal procedural benchmarks. Analyze and implement directives from service bulletins, airworthiness notices, and modification blueprints. Ensure team adherence to high-quality standards and work precision through meticulous inspection. Log all aircraft-related activities as per regulatory and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to meet production objectives efficiently and economically. Identify, organize, and procure necessary parts and materials for project execution. Uphold a risk-free and orderly workspace, aligning with organizational safety protocols. Fulfill all required training on schedule, staying abreast of industry standards and practices. Requirements: Completion of high school or an equivalent, with proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic. A minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy checks, or an equivalent blend of education and experience. Experience with BBJ, 737-7/8/900 models is advantageous. Skilled in the use of standard tools and equipment. Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. A meticulous eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks. Preparedness to work additional hours as needed.
