Your responsibilities will span both managing a workload and providing leadership to junior team members. We're seeking an experienced professional who can excel in placing top candidates, nurture client relationships, and source hard-working applicants for senior positions as well as provide information to a data driven organization.This position reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for setting direction, delivering, and implementing recruiting strategies. The scope of this role includes talent sourcing, selection and offers.This role requires excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels of the organization. As the ideal candidate, you can achieve results in a fast-moving, vibrant environment. You are proactive and have a solid team ethic and work effectively in a cross-functional environment. You coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot, and analyze complex problems, and lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Create and implement talent strategies that identify and acquire top diverse talent enabling Micron business growth, vision and mission.Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, drawing upon advising skills, and staffing expertise to recommend the best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hirePartner with hiring teams and upper management to meet business hiring requirementsDemonstrate sourcing techniques applying a wide variety of tools, technology, and networksProvide excellent communication with external candidates to provide an outstanding interview experiencePartner with business executives, leaders, and all areas of HR to understand business needs, grow talent pipelines, and source for key positions within the company in the present, and in the futureEnsure performance metrics are aligned with objectives, applied strategically, and communicated effectivelyMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in staffing, recruiting strategy, process, and execution, preferably in a global environmentExperience building rapport and interacting with key collaborators and internal and external partnersData driven capability – ability to use appropriate metrics that influence and drive decisionsDemonstrable ability to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experienceExperience delivering results in a fast-paced environment requiring innovation and adapting to a rapidly changing, ambiguous environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred Skills:Previous experience in a global technology firm, preferably in electronics manufacturing, storage, or memoryExperience with corporate senior technical leadership recruiting including in house sourcing and selection and third-party vendor managementInnovative, goal-oriented, and a collaborative colleagueAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
