Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise multiple landscaping projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. Develop initial landscaping plans and deliver compelling presentations to clients. Manage installation teams, overseeing their activities and ensuring quality workmanship. Utilize design expertise to craft innovative solutions and accurate estimates, while nurturing relationships with clients and suppliers. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in landscaping design and sales. Proficiency in design tools, preferably Structure Studio or similar software. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce. Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for thriving in fast-paced environments. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Demonstrated track record of successful sales. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 (draw) on W2 Potential first-year earnings exceeding $150,000. Company-provided vehicle and gas card.
