This role involves analyzing training needs, creating learning strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, designing and developing courses, evaluating program effectiveness, and continuously improving learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. You will build and scale initiatives that focus on company culture, individual development, strengthening our leadership, sales and organizational learning. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 76,368 in the lowest geographic market and USD 114,552 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
