The RealReal is looking for an Acquisition Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! This position reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Acquisition. This person will work across paid media channels including Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Digital Radio, Direct Mail and TV/OTT. This role is a key position on the Acquisition Marketing team, also owning ad tech/operations for digital marketing, ensuring that programs are tagged and tracked properly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and is hungry to learn and contribute. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
