You will have a direct impact on highly visible CoStar mobile applications that touch thousands of users. You will continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements and apply these learnings to improve our mobile products.This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers 2 days remote per week.ResponsibilitiesYou will develop iOS applications that scale to reach millions of usersYou will continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be used to strengthen CoStar's technology platform and development practicesWork with the team to create user interface layouts for customers and interfaces to backend web servicesDesign and develop systems and libraries that are highly reusable and maintainableUnderstand CoStar's product architecture and frameworks and come to the table with your ideasCollaborate with different teams along with other iOS developers to exchange new ideas and improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or related field from and accredited, not for profit university or college.7+ years' experience in developing iOS applications1+ year of experience mentoring and leading a teamExpert knowledge in everything iOS – Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch Framework, XCode and are always interested in learning more and sharing your skillsExperience with all the common Object Oriented Programming and design patterns, MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection and more.A track record of commitment to prior employersPreferred QualificationsExperience with SQL databases and full stack developmentPassion for and commitment to building mobile applicationsAbility to turn ideas and code into the perfect customer experienceOverview Of CompanyFounded in 1987, CoStar Group is the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces.
