Position Summary
The Inventory Control Coordinator's primary responsibility is to maintain inventory and location accuracy in the facility. Perform adjustments, cycle counts, and customer inventories as required from both written and verbal instructions while adhering to time guidelines set forth by the department/site manager. The inventory control coordinator also delivers on the day-to-day commitments to our Customer, our Company and our People.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safety
Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook or Video – Doing It Safe
Actively participate in Safety Committee activities and initiatives

Approach all activities and task with a motivated "can do" attitude and identify ways to help streamline Crescents processes
Demonstrate a willing attitude work with others to meet the needs of all Crescents customers
Productivity
Perform inventories and cycle counts per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or location codes
Perform audits as required to assure accuracy and determine root causes for inaccuracies, providing feedback to management regarding errors
Collect, research and process damaged product – submit OS&D forms for system input
Scrap list parts to eliminate for inventory per customer request
Receive and replenish all Crescent owned materials into forward stocking locations for use by production
Perform post-production reconciliations as required
Pull, audit, and return all excess stock product back to 3PL
Quality
Ensure compliance with corporate quality manual
Maintain journals and daily summary logs as required
Complete operational paperwork validations as required
Create labels per customer specifications
Responsible for all label inventory
Customer Value
Responsible for making inventory adjustments in both Crescent and client systems dependent on customer needs

Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED
Warehouse and Inventory Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Regulatory cGMP manufacturing experience
FLO certified
Word processing, database and spreadsheet knowledge
Strong math skills
Detail oriented
Flexibility with potential over time
