SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:

The Manager of People Data & Analytics is responsible for harnessing the full potential of AGA People Data to for data-driven people and business decisions. They manage analytics projects and work with HR and business leaders to turn insights into actionable outcomes. The Manager is responsible for partnering with AGA Global Process Owners to establish KPIs and Metrics that measure HR and Talent process efficiency and impact of our talent skills & capability development. They collaborate with key stakeholders to construct and execute a People Analytics solutions Roadmap.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

People Analytics Solution Strategy and Development:
Strategic Roadmap:

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive KPI & Analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with both HR and business objectives.
Aligned KPIs:

Partner with Global Process Owners to identify, develop, and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant benchmarks for various HR and Talent processes.
Project Management:

Manage a portfolio of analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet predetermined business goals.
People Data Architecture:

Oversee the design and development of data models and visualization tools to facilitate easier interpretation and action on complex data sets.
Subject Matter Expertise:

Continually assess market trends and emerging technologies in analytics to propose enhancements or new solutions that would benefit the organization.

People Analytics Solution Maintenance:
KPI & Metrics Monitoring:

Ensure the regular update and accuracy of all developed KPIs, ensuring they continue to be relevant and reflective of business needs.
Data Validation:

Implement rigorous data quality checks and validation methods to maintain high data integrity across all analytics solutions.
Data Auditing:

Conduct periodic audits of analytics tools and dashboards to identify and rectify any data discrepancies or technical issues.
Data Governance:

Coordinate with IT and Data Governance teams to ensure data privacy and compliance measures are upheld in all analytics solutions.
Continuous Improvement:

Establish a regular review cycle with stakeholders to continually refine and optimize analytics solutions based on feedback and changing business requirements.

People Analytics Solution Enablement:
Training:

Develop and execute a robust training and communication plan to enhance user adoption of new analytics tools and KPIs.
Documentation:

Create and distribute user-friendly documentation and guides to facilitate better understanding and utilization of analytics solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Organize workshops and presentations to educate business and HR leaders on how to effectively use analytics for decision-making. Provide ongoing support and consultation services to users, helping them to extract actionable insights from analytics tools.
Subject Matter Expert:

Serve as the primary liaison between the analytics team and end-users, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve user enablement.

User Experience:
User-Centric Design:

Advocate for a user-centric design approach in all solution development efforts. Conduct user experience research to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the analytics solutions
Accessibility:

Ensure that the system is accessible to all users, taking into consideration language, disabilities, and regional differences.
Performance Metrics:

Monitor user experience through performance metrics and make necessary adjustments. Utilize user feedback and analytics to make data-driven improvements to the user experience. Measure user satisfaction and adoption rates post-implementation, making iterative adjustments to improve the overall user experience.
Collaboration:

Partner with external experts, process owners, business leaders, and system users to improve the user interface of dashboards and analytics tools. Gather input from UI/UX designers.
Mobility:

Ensure that all analytics solutions are mobile-responsive and accessible to all employees, regardless of location or device.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in (Systems and Data Management or Business Analytics) preferred, or an appropriate Diploma (NQL 5) / SAP SuccessFactors certification / People Analytics certification/ commensurate years of experience in a related role.

REQUIRED GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
3-5+ years of experience in HRIS, People Data & Reporting and Analytics.
System implementation experience in the HR area.
Presenting KPIs and Business Metrics to Executive Leadership.
Utilizing statistical analysis to support business decisions.
Data Visualization and Storytelling, able to successfully manage multiple tasks.
Experience with reporting tools and must understand database concepts/design, SQL, advanced MS Access & Excel with data manipulation and presentation skills.
Previous working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Tableau, Power BI.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

This is a full-time, exempt.

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary Range $140,000 -$160,000
