Review and update Oracle Accounts Payable Initiation Queue Code and process vendor invoices and internal disbursement requests Assist with processing of Employee Expense Reports Investigate and resolve issues with processing of invoices and expense reports Handle vendor correspondence via email or phone Daily assist with processing and management of multiple incoming email inboxes Maintain proper accounting records and reports Assist with Current Special Projects for Accounts Payable & Employee Expense Reimbursement Perform other duties as required to support Accounting Department Maintains prompt and regular attendance This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 and August 2025(e ntering penultimate year of university ) Available for a May 2024 start date for a n 8 – 10-week program P roficiency with Microsoft Office suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills Strong sense of urgency Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer Class: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
