An International Industrial Distributor of Power Transmissions, Motion Control and Pneumatic products and Engineering Systems is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to add to our team located in our Waltham, MA. location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
~ Customer inquiries via the telephone, email and web; respond and provide solutions to customers
promptly
~ Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and provide timely price
quotations and/or proposals
~ Escalate backorders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and customer
satisfaction
~ Prepare quotations, send literature to customers that are requesting the information
~ Provide technical feedback and design solutions to meet customer requirements
~ Collaborate with a large team of staff engineers to assist in project solutions
~ Counter service, sales and customer relations
Required Skills
**** 1+ years of Industrial Inside Sales Experience
~ Technical based selling and application support
~ Ability to quickly learn and apply technical products
~ Strong written and verbal communication
~ Proven track record of sales performance
~ Excellent organizational skills
~ Desire to work within a team and a cooperative attitude
~ Strong commitment to customer service
~ Ability to multi-task
~ Sense of urgency and accountability
