Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements (i.e., distribution agreements, master services agreements, partnership agreements, consulting and independent contractor agreements, software agreements, logistics agreements, NDAs, LOIs, and school and government contracts). Develop and execute process improvements and standardization to enhance the effectiveness of the legal team. Develop and execute internal training and resources related to contracting that empower the business to make informed decisions when Legal is not available.
