Trademark Paralegal

LHH is currently sourcing for a Trademark Paralegal to join a well-known firm in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IP experience in trademarks and has law firm experience. This firm offers competitive pay, great benefits, and a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote after training). Duties:
Provide support to all aspects of trademark and copyright prosecution and maintenance including preparing and filing U.S., state, and International trademark applications, renewals, and other related filings; preparing and filing copyright applications, recording assignments; coordinating trademark applications and maintenance filings foreign counsels.
Prepare & file documents with the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board for oppositions and cancellations.
Conduct trademark clearance searches for U.S. and foreign filings.
Docketing renewal and maintenance deadlines for U.S. and foreign trademarks; copyright registrations and dispute proceedings.
Third party investigation and monitoring
Coordinating the authentication and legalization of documents used in foreign trademark filings or for court/administrative proceedings.

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal
Must be proficient with filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, World Intellectual Property Office, U.S. Copyright Office, and foreign agents.
Salary: $75,000-$115,000 DOE
