HYBRID - Project Accountant - Construction
Our well-established development client has an immediate need for a Project Accountant with strong billing experience. Duties: Reviewing Contracts & Billing per Contract for outside services. Billing internal services monthly – about 500+ invoices per month in batches. Reviewing employee reimbursement and corporate costs and importing into billing system to bill each month. Reviewing outstanding accounts receivable and following up with internal parties. Reconciliations between billing system and general ledger system. Requirements: Three or more years of construction Billing experience Experience with MRI a plus. Our client offers a salary of $70k - $80k plus full benefits and a HYBRID work schedule, Work from home Mondays and Fridays.
