DescriptionPosition at JBS USA HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST HOURS: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, flexible as requiredSaturday hours as neededJOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for benefits on time new hire enrollmentResponsible for Benefits Annual enrollmentConducts benefits orientation for new hiresHandles insurance issues with vendors and employeesConduct Unemployment HearingsResponds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concernsAdministers all employee relations issues. Processes and implements formal disciplinary action of employees, initiates termination procedures and terminates employees as neededPrepares and maintains records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.
