Human Resources Director

This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Human Resources Director to join our globally expanding business. We are in the personal development space and you ll be focused on helping to
recruit interview and train new staff.
You ll be trained on using a proven business system that is easy to learn.


Requirements Responsibilities :

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand company strategy related to recruiting
Plan lead and develop initiatives to support new hire needs
Execute best practices for hiring and onboarding new talent
Develop and implement budget
Provide leadership to coworkers model learned skills and give feedback as needed


Qualifications 5 years of experience in the human resources industry

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Native or fluent in English

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proficiency and ability to quickly be trained on internal management systems
