Overview:
This role offers the flexibility of remote work. As an HR Senior Systems Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing technical and functional support HR-specific applications, primarily focusing on Workday. Upholding our mission, values, and service standards, you'll handle various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage initial intake requests, ensuring completeness before assigning tasks.
Provide prompt and efficient production support to end users, prioritizing service excellence.
Maintain proficiency in departmental computer systems, utilizing them as necessary.
Process security requests for Workday and evaluate supporting tasks for enhancements.
Assist in data gathering and validation efforts as required.
Support standard processes and participate in meetings to discuss projects and progress.
Collaborate on group data efforts related to acquisitions, divestitures, or large group updates.
Partner with the Data Quality team to ensure data accuracy through routine audits.
Assist in reviewing, testing, and implementing HR system upgrades or new functionality.
Coordinate process changes in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
Monitor integrations for successful processing and document testing processes and results.
Support the extended team to ensure project requirements are met as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with a focus on HR/Payroll/Benefits system administration and support.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Other:
Proficiency in cloud-based HCM and Timekeeper systems, preferably Workday and UKG Dimensions.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Aptitude for learning new technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Beginning to Intermediate abilities in SQL, Excel, XML, and XSLT.
