Responsibilities
• Handle pre-employment screening for all HBG facilities• Facilitate rehire requests from General Managers• Manage the tuition reimbursement program• Maintain the High5 Award Program• Provide reports to the Department of Labor• Assist with department projects• Assist with annual benefit enrollment meetings• Provide HR support to HBG facilities nationwide• Assist recruiting in administrative functions• Pull employment data and compile reports• Learn applicable laws and regulations• Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• College Degree strongly desired• 1-3 years' prior experience in an HR role required• Highly organized and ability to manage multiple responsibilities• Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
