Housing Manager

Description: Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) is seeking to hire a full-time (35-hours per week) Housing Manager based in Perry County, IN. This position will be responsible for managing the following property locations:
County Place Apartments – Tell City, IN – 24 units
Chandler Heights Apartments – Chandler, IN – 24 units
Ferdinand Housing I and II – Ferdinand, IN – 40 units
Fulton Manor – Troy, IN – 6 units
Duplex – Troy, IN – 2 units
This position will also assist with additional duties as needed, including but not limited to administrative activities, data entry, accessing housing software programs, and reviewing Housing files and documents.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent is required. Experience working in housing management and/or the housing field is preferred but not required. Applicants must be able to work well with the public and be very organized and efficient with paperwork, regulations, and scheduling. Applicants must meet required background checks.
Applicant must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation and vehicle insurance with the ability to travel both locally and out-of-area as necessary, including travel to other LHDC Housing locations as needed.
