Client Implementation ManagerLocation: Hybrid remote in Pittsburgh, PAResponsible for developing and overseeing new client installations for the RSL portfolio of business

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for new client implementation• Lead new client installation calls• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure setup and understanding of systems• Identify and coordinate resolution of client-level issues• Liaise between client/broker/HR platform and internal resources• Deliver new client administrative kits• Coordinate fulfillment, tracking, billing, and inventory process for enrollment materials• Perform enrollment coordination for multi-site clients• Set up data transfer with internal and external resources• Collaborate on improvement opportunities with team members and management
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications required• Minimum of 3-5 years of directly related experience required• Superior organizational, multi-tasking, influencing, and presentation skills required• Strong written and superior oral communication skills required• Ability to demonstrate internal diplomacy/influencing skills• Professional business demeanor required• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office products• Ability to travel up to 25%
