As our Head of Field Marketing, you will help us achieve that goal by owning demand generation and pipeline creation in North America with support from global performance marketing. You'll collaborate closely with the regional Sales and BDR teams to drive pipeline for target and white space accounts and cross- and up-sell programs for existing customers, to reach our annual regional revenue targets. The role will have a heavy focus on demand generation, account-based marketing, pipeline progression, and customer marketing.Your Mission:Marketing Strategy ExcellenceLead the development and implementation of innovative marketing programs in partnership with the Performance Marketing Team to achieve revenue and pipeline objectivesDrive differentiated marketing strategies across the full customer life cycle including account acquisition, account expansion and adoptionProvide strategic direction and drive strong alignment, integration, and collaboration in the joint business planning process across the region and with Corporate MarketingLeverage ABM tools and tactics to create and measure the success of account-based marketing programs, including engagement with target accounts and their impact on pipelineCoordinate with our Business Development Team to optimize lead volume and quality with the goal of generating high-value sales opportunitiesImplement strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, leveraging marketing automation tools and data-driven tacticsMarketing Operations ExcellenceLead the team to operational excellence ensuring scale, best practice definition, and continuous learning, and ensure the transition from strategy to executionEffectively manage the marketing budget and make effective investment decisions based on corporate, marketing, and regional prioritiesCreate and communicate goals, objectives, and KPI's for all marketing initiatives and ensure measurements are achievedBuild productive and influential executive relationships with internal and external constituentsManagement ExcellenceDemonstrate exceptional people and resource management ensuring highest potential for achieving marketing KPIs and maintaining a high-performing teamStrong collaborative approach working with key stakeholders from the region while aligning with cross-functional marketing team goalsEnsure performance and role expectations are clearly defined, communicated, and executedGrow talent and maintain comprehensive succession management plansCreate an atmosphere where timely and quality information flows smoothly, deadlines are respected and met, and employees are engaged and energizedWhat you need to succeed:10+ years of experience with at least 5 years successfully leading a team in a matrixed, global organizationStrong background leveraging digital and social strategies to drive account management, demand creation, and revenue impactAbility to drive marketing strategy from vision to executionCapacity to thrive in a demanding, quick-turnaround environment where change and transformation are a dual realityExperience effectively managing budgets and setting up successful metrics and business processesNice to have:Recent experience supporting the North American regionExperience in the commerce technology spaceWe care about your Growth and Well-being??
