As the Head of Business Operations , you will play a critical role in building our business into a scalable system and accelerating growth. If you are a strategic operator, who thrives in dynamic world of franchising, crafting successful partnerships and setting the stage for expansion, this is your opportunity to spearhead the launch of a brand-new system, shaping its direction and driving its success from the ground up.
Your primary responsibility will be to streamline business practices, develop comprehensive standard operating procedures, and develop programs to measure efficiency. Your visionary leadership and strategic management will ensure that our business operations are exceptional, efficient, and geared towards long-term success.
About Us: Area 2 Farms designs, builds and operates farms as a new form of critical infrastructure. Our farms are rooted in the oldest techniques and powered by the newest technologies, enabling us to grow organic always-in-season food within 10 miles of 90% of Americans.
About the Role: As the Head of Business Operations , you will be an integral architect of our future, and the future of a new American food system. You will lead the charge in establishing and optimizing every aspect of our business. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to build a world-class operation from scratch, leaving your mark on a program poised for substantial growth.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise development strategy: Develop thorough evaluation criteria and conduct in-depth due diligence. Establish efficient lead generation and qualification processes. Build and manage a high-performing team Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Establish and optimize operational procedures: Develop training programs and support systems. Implement technology solutions to streamline processes and track performance. Analyze data and drive continuous improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for optimization. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience. Proven track record of success in building and scaling systems, with experience in operations management, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and business growth. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans. Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills. Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving growth. Prior experience within the United States Military, or a franchising system, is highly desirable.
