We are currently seeking a results driven leader with demonstrated impact to lead our Gymnastics program at the YMCA Sports Center located in Bettendorf, IA. The YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is a USA Gymnastics (USAG) certified gym and has state-of-the-art equipment and trained coaching staff. We provide a supportive and encouraging environment for participants of all ages and skill levels. Since 1858, the YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley has been an integral part of the Quad Cities area. What the successful candidate will provide:
Demonstrated skill and understanding of USAG gymnastics techniques, skill progression and training methods Ability to grow gymnastics and programs Strong ability to effectively communicate with program participants, parents, members and community partners. Proven leadership ability including experience recruiting, training an managing a team The Y provides a total compensation package that includes a competitive salary, benefits and other perks as outlined below.
SALARY: $50,000-$55,000 annually, relocation allowance available
