Pride Motor Group of Lynn is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager with a proven track record of success. The right candidate will be driven and motivated to work toward sales goals and motivate and coach the sales team to reach it's full potential.Job Responsibilities:Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, coaches, and monitors the performance of all salespeople and sales staff.Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.Orders/acquires new- and used-vehicle inventory.Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.Displays, merchandises and promotes new- and used-vehicles.Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.Maintains a professional appearance.Attends managers meetings as requested.Maintain the highest CSI/customer satisfactionDesk deals utilizing CRMMaintain the highest level of moral, ethical, and legal integrity at all timesRequirements/Qualifications:Must have 2-4 years of Automotive Sales Manager and/or General Sales Manager experienceStrong management background in a dealership setting is requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have clean & valid Driver's License with atleast three years of driving historyWe offer our employees:Salary plus BonusesPaid Vacation and company holidays401k with company matchHealth & Dental InsuranceShort -Term/Long-Term DisabilityBasic and Voluntary Life InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountEmployee discount program for new and used cars5 day work weekWe are an equal opportunity employer.
